The cost of your case will depend on a variety of factors, including the nature of your criminal charges, the time estimate for your case and its complexity. Jennifer has a block fee billing structure which will provide you with greater certainty about the total costs involved. 

Yes. You will be provided with the option to complete your retainer over a reasonable period of time. Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of your trial, preliminary inquiry or other legal proceeding.
